There would be no bigger upgrade for the Dallas Cowboys in their effort to be the best team in the NFC East than to sign now free agent wide receiver Plaxico Burress. Besides shooting himself in the leg, which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard a pro athlete do, Burress is a primetime receiver and could help the Cowboys become an elite team.

Not that the Cowboys aren't an elite team without Burress, but without Terrell Owens in Dallas anymore the offense will suffer. They do have Roy Williams, but he didn't exactly have a great season with TO helping take the coverage away from him.

Bottom line, if the Cowboys signed Burress it would be a big blow to the New York Giants and improve already good offense. He is a must sign in my opinion.
