It has been a wild ride for Kurt Warner and his underdog Arizona Cardinals all season long. They have beaten the odds over and over again proving everyone wrong with their high powered offense and their MVP caliber quarterback.

First it was the over the hill Kurt Warner taking over for the future of the franchise quarterback Matt Leinart. No one and I mean no one thought this was a good idea. Warner wasn't successful in front of Eli Manning in New York with the Giants and really hasn't done anything to brag about since leaving the St. Louis Rams, but somehow, someway Warner has turned the table and started playing like the MVP Warner of old.

Not only was Warner playing the way his has been a unexpected surprise for the lowly Cardinals, but he has also lead Arizona to a NFC West title and a spot in the playoffs. Once the Cards were playoff bound they were thought to be a fluke and the first team to get knocked out, but once again they proved all their doubters wrong and beat a much younger and talented Atlanta Falcons. The same thing happened against the Carolina Panthers a week later. The Cards came in as underdogs, but stucked to their guns and embarrassed the Panthers in their house.

Needless to say, this became a trend with Arizona in the playoffs all the way up to the Super Bowl where they will face the seven point favorite Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers on the other hand have the most dominant defense in the NFL lead by the Defensive Player of the Year linebacker James Harrison and AFC Championship hero Troy Polamalu.

As of right now the Steelers are seven point favorites over the Cardinals. In my opinion, this is about right because Vegas keeps getting burned by the Cards in the playoffs so seven points is an awesome spread for anyone taking the Steelers who could blowout the Cards on Super Bowl Sunday.

It is hard to bet against Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald with the way they are playing, but the Steelers defense is as good as it gets and could easily shut down the Cards offense and force turnovers. Unless Warner figures out a way to burn the Steelers D, which no team really has this season, then the seven points would be a smart bet!
